Sales & Business Development Leader

Location: Reston, VA

Status: Full-Time

Healthcelerate is seeking an energetic and experienced Sales and Business Development Leader who is ready to make an impact, leverage relationships and produce significant revenue results. This individual must understand the complexities of the healthcare IT environment and be ready to position Healthcelerate in delivering improved communications capabilities, and ultimately better patient care/population health outcomes for our clients.

  • The right candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of senior sales experience in Healthcare Software Services products and be able to:
  • Develop and manage a direct sales pipeline to exceed bookings and revenue goals
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams using Salesforce
  • Obtain customer/prospect feedback and provide product input to the Healthcelerate development team 
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to share expertise, resources, and market knowledge 
  • Support an ongoing competitive analysis in the market. 

Ideally, we are seeking a team member with in-depth EMR (e.g. Epic, Cerner, etc.) product experience (sales or user), understanding of the value-based care environment, proven access to healthcare decision makers, and demonstrable sales success in consistently over-achieving sales targets.

Will you be our sales rockstar, to help take our awesome little company to the next level? We are based in Reston, VA, and believe it’s best for collaboration and growth if you are too. And, you’ll be busy traveling to meet with prospects and clients about 50% of the time.
