EHR Implementation Trainer/Helpdesk

Location: Reston, VA

Status: Full-Time (Employee) or Part-Time (Contractor)

Looking for energetic, tenacious, go-getter to help with careMESH service implementation in physician practices and health systems, both during pre-implementation and installation. Prefer credentials or previous working experience with two or more Electronic Health Record (EHR) brands such as Epic, Allscripts, Cerner, Meditech, Athena, eClinicalWorks, Greenway, or others. Previous work experience on helpdesk, provider training implementation support, or application troubleshooting / QA is helpful.

This person would be responsible for identifying and coordinating with client contacts within a hospital or practice, their IT support staff/vendor, and potentially their EHR vendor in order to ensure that the implementation and installation of careMESH goes smoothly and to answer questions with regard to workflow, service usage, etc.  S/he should be able to quickly understand the client’s clinical and referral /discharge workflows and needs and help train the client on all aspects of the service.  Knowledge to write scripts or interact with the developer to create a script is a big PLUS.

Credentialed trainer or equivalent work experience with two or more EHR systems. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service acumen.
